Happy Thanksgiving and update

Greetings All,

We hope all of you had a good Thanksgiving and hope the kids enjoyed the break from school.

A quick update, some of the mango trees are flowering already. It started around November 1st.
I have a Nam Doc Mai tree with small mangoes on it already! Today I saw flowers on the Graham and Rapuza trees.
Not sure what’s going to happen, hopefully we won’t have all trees blooming and then a cold spell like last year.

Also, we had minor hurricane damage. The wind break along the highway, once again saved the lychee trees and the other trees up front.
If you are wondering, we use “Clumping Fishtail Palms” scientific name is Caryota mitis, as our wind break. This wind break has worked for two hurricanes so far.

Regards,
Nick
